The top-seeded Ocean City High School boys soccer team dominated No. 4 seed Moorestown on Tuesday 3-0 in a South Jersey Group III semifinal game in Ocean City.
The Red Raiders, the No. 3 team in The Press Elite 11, advance to host No. 3 seed Timber Creek at 2 p.m. Friday in the South Jersey final.
Timber Creek defeated No. 2 seed Delsea Regional 2-1 also on Tuesday.
Ocean City junior midfielder Kyle Millar scored with 35 seconds left in the first half with an assist from Zack Sakena to give the Red Raiders a 1-0 lead at halftime.
Millar came back for a second goal 13:03 into the second half on an assist from Ryan Saul.
Junior midfielder Tommy Materna scored the final goal on an assist from Sakena with 3:42 left in the game.
Evan McCardell had five saves for the Raiders.
"I think we're playing our best soccer right now, and we are primed to go into the finals," said Ocean City head coach Aaron Bogushefsky in a phone interview.
"We played (Timber Creek) two years ago and we lost in the shootout," Bogushefsky said. "The sophomores from that game are seniors now and are ready for the win this time around."
