Emily DeMarco scored three goals to lead the St. Joseph High School field hockey team to a 3-1 win over Maple Shade on Friday in a state Group I semifinal in Egg Harbor Township.

The Wildcats (23-1) advance to play in the state Group I final at 10 a.m. Sunday against Oak Knoll.

In the second game of a doubleheader at Egg Harbor Township High School, Ocean City defeated Moorestown 3-2 in overtime as Leah Davies scored the game-winner 57 seconds into the extra period.

The Red Raiders advance to play at 2 p.m. at TCNJ against Warren Hills.
