The Richard Stockton College men's basketball team defeated Kean University 72-66 on Monday night, pulling the Ospreys into a first place tie with Rutgers-Newark in the New Jersey Athletic Conference.

Josh Blamon led with 28 points and three steals while Rameel Johnson grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds and James Williams collected four assists.

Stockton advanced to 18-4 overall and 12-3 in the NJAC. The Ospreys travel to Rutgers-Camden tonight at 8 p.m.
