Stockton women, men continue dominance over Rutgers-Camden

Che-Na Thompson scored 19 points and had eight rebounds on Wednesday as the Richard Stockton College women’s basketball team beat Rutgers-Camden 76-60 in a New Jersey Athletic League game.

The win was Stockton’s 20th straight against Rutgers-Camden.

Thompson also had five steals, three assists and two blocks in the game. Alexa Ryan chipped in with 18 points for the Ospreys (4-2, 3-2 NJAC).

Wildwood High School graduate Loretta Kelly had 10 points, four rebounds and four steals for the Scarlet Raptors

Stockton men’s basketball: Kevin Johnson led four Ospreys in double figures with 17 points in a 72-54 NJAC victory against Rutgers-Camden.

Stockton has now won nine straight over the Scarlet Raptors and 55 of the last 56 meetings between the schools. Rameel Johnson had 15 points and six rebounds for Stockton (7-1, 5-1 NJAC).
