1. Tess Solazzo: The Ocean City lacrosse standout scored seven goals Thursday, including the 300th of her career. She became just the eighth girl in New Jersey history to reach the milestone. She has 303 goals.

2. Millville girls track and field: The Thunderbolts won the Cape-Atlantic League American Conference title.

3. Holy Spirit girls crew: The Spartans' varsity eight won the Philadelphia City Rowing Championships.

4. Antoine White: The Millville junior defensive lineman has received scholarship offers from North Carolina, Michigan State and Duke over the past few weeks.

5. Ocean City baseball: The Red Raiders (13-3) have won a school-record 10 straight games.

6. David Hicks: The Middle Township sophomore golf standout won the CAL championship in a playoff over Mark Benevento of St. Augustine Prep.

7. Absegami crew: The Braves wore red socks at last weekend's Philadelphia City Rowing Championships to show support for Boston and the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.

8. Pinelands Regional softball: The Wildcats have two of the last three Shore Conference B South titles.

9. Anna Gordon: The Mainland Regional senior this week scored career goal No. 151, making her No. 1 in school history.

10. More playoff football: New Jersey schools will vote in December on whether to allow public schools to play to a true state champion in football. If approved, the state semifinal and final games would be an economic bonanza for the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association.
