A look ahead

Mainland Regional returns almost its entire squad and will contend for its third straight Cape-Atlantic League American Conference title. Ocean City will go for its third straight National Conference championship. Atlantic City's top four swimmers will return as seniors along, and a few seasoned freshman will enter the program, so the Vikings may make another run for the American Conference and South Jersey Public A titles. Vineland is always tough to beat, and Middle Township just keeps getting stronger as its program grows.
