What is your favorite memory from playing high school football?
“Probably the game when I rushed for over 300 yards (for Redlands East Valley High School in Redlands, Calif.) against Murrieta Valley. It was a big deal because it was a playoff game. It was a real shootout. We won 60-53.
If you weren’t in the NFL, what would you be doing for a living?
“I don’t know. I’ve been playing football since I was 6 years old and I’ve never imagined myself doing anything else. I am the person I am today because of football.”
Your many tattoos include one depicting a football player holding hands with a child in the middle of your chest. What is the significance?
“The football player is me and the child is my future son or daughter. I feel like I was made from the best. I turned out the way I am because of my parents (Edrena and Chris). And when I have a child, I want him or her to have everything I was given from my parents.”
