Turning point

The game wasn't decided until the final play. Foles tried to stop the clock by throwing the ball away with 1 second left in regulation, but because his pass didn't reach the line of scrimmage, the game ended on an intentional grounding penalty with the Eagles 5 yards short of the end zone.

Eagles' best play

The Eagles scored a touchdown on their first possession for just the second time this season. Foles gave them a 7-0 lead with a 27-yard touchdown pass to Maclin.

Eagles' worst play

Foles fumbled when Kerrigan smacked the ball loose. Redskins cornerback Richard Crawford recovered it. It was one of five sacks allowed by the Eagles' offensive line.
