The Sacred Heart High School boys basketball team outlasted visiting St. Joseph to go on and win 65-62 in a Cape-Atlantic League United Conference game Thursday.

Michael Holloway recorded a game-high 30 points to go along with 17 rebounds for Sacred Heart. Tyler Lunsford added 16 points and 12 boards for the Lions.

The Lions outscored St. Joseph 18-12 in the final quarter to come-from-behind and win.

The Hawks went on a 8-2 run to end the third quarter and gain a three point. With 2 minutes, 32 seconds to play in regulation, St. Joseph led by one.

Charles Riccardi led St. Joe with 21 points and Ben Mitchell scored 14. St. Joseph was 12-for-13 from the free-throw line.

Jalen Stratton led Buena Regional with 15 points. Trayvond Barbary helped pace the Chiefs with five of his 13 points in the final quarter. Buena won its second straight to improve to 3-3.

Marcus Watson and Ahmad Shepherd-Sloan recorded nine and eight points, respectively, to lead the Redhawks. Will Atkins registered 11 rebounds and three blocks for ACIT.
