Buena broke open a one-point lead in the fourth quarter with two touchdowns, one in the air and one on the ground, in the Cape-Atlantic League National Conference game.
After a touchdown run by the Chiefs’ Eric Raineer was called back because of a penalty, the junior quarterback connected with Tray Barbary on a 22-yard score.
Quadir Albright scored his second touchdown of the day five minutes later on a 2-yard carry. Albright also had a 63-yard TD in the second quarter.
Sophomore running back Isaiah Spencer put Vineland on the board in the third quarter with a 43-yard touchdown carry. Ben Anderson had an interception in the end zone in the first quarter for the Fighting Clan.
