St. Joseph High School football running back Gordon Hill scored three touchdowns as the Wildcats beat visiting Pleasantville 49-0 in a Cape-Atlantic League National Conference football game Saturday.
Hill finished with 113 yards on seven carries, and Clark added 100 rushing yards on eight carries. Quarterback Darryl Smith completed 5-of-7 passes for 94 yards.
Fullback Sean Clark added two TDs, including the first score on a 1-yard run in the first quarter.
Hill caught a 28-yard touchdown pass from Smith that made it 12-0, and Clark scored on a 39-yard run as time expired in the first quarter. Theo Kelly ran for two points and it was 20-0 after 12 minutes.
Hill ran for TDs of 5 and 75 yards in the second quarter and it was 34-0 at halftime. Kaheem Reynolds and Eli Pogue had touchdown runs in the third.
St. Joseph senior running back Jarred Bianchini, who suffered a knee injury against Middle Township last week, did not play against Pleasantville. Bianchini's status is uncertain.
