Alquann Jones scored on 23- and 30-yard runs for Millville in a Cape-Atlantic League interdivision game. Thunderbolts quarterback Shaq Lee completed touchdown passes of 58 and 10 yards to DeQuan Bowman and Zubir Boyer in the second quarter. Lee scored himself on a 7-yard carry.
In the second quarter, Middle made Millville pay after Lee fumbled the ball at the Panthers' 10-yard line shortly after the Thunderbolts' first touchdown. After a long drive, junior Nigel Case scored on a 4-year carry to tie the score 6-6.
