Nigel Jones rushed for three touchdowns as Holy Spirit clinched a playoff spot. Freshman Matt Bee scored twice on 23- and 5-yard carries.
The Spartans, No. 10 in The Press Elite 11, were hampered by penalties early in the first half and entered the second quarter with only a 7-0 lead. Holy Spirit had three touchdowns called back for penalties: two for an illegal block and one for an illegal shift.
In the second half, Ryan Halbe scored on a 1-yard carry to finalize the score.
Chris Gabor put Ocean City on the board early in the third quarter with an 80-yard touchdown run.
