Ocean City High School's football game against visiting Mainland Regional will resume at 4 p.m. today at Carey Stadium after being suspended due to lightning Friday night.

The game was halted 3 minutes, 11 seconds into the first quarter with the Mustangs leading 7-0. Ocean City will have the ball at its own 15-yard line when play resumes. The game will be on 98.7 FM.

As a result of the suspended game, Oakcrest agreed to move its game at Mainland from Friday to Saturday at 7 p.m., Mustangs athletic director Mike Gatley said Sunday.

Ocean City athletic director Christine Lentz said Sunday night she also was working to move the Red Raiders' home game against Middle Township from Friday to Saturday.
