What makes this game special: These teams first met in 2002. Schalick holds a 4-3 edge, but Cumberland has won two straight.

Cumberland and Schalick are located in nearby towns, so this rivalry has a neighborhood feel.

Schalick update: The Cougars lost to Penns Grove 14-6 in the first round of the South Jersey Group I playoffs two weeks ago.

Schalick relies on the ground game with Michael Johnson (600 rushing yards) and Jon Goldsboro (653 rushing yards).

Cumberland update: This is a rebuilding season for the Colts. Freshman quarterback Steve Garron has thrown for 562 yards. Junior running back Charles Clark has rushed for 579 yards.
