Three things to be excited about this week in high school football

1. Quarterbacks Dustin Thomas and Nolan Quinn: Thomas of St. Augustine Prep and Quinn of Middle Township should trade the Cape-Atlantic League record for career passing yards all season. Right now, Quinn leads 4,828 yards to 4,826.

2. Cumberland Regional: The Colts got their first win of the season, 16-0 over Deptford last Friday.

3. Dan McNair: The Holy Spirit wide receiver leads the CAL in receiving yardage with 14 catches for 367 yards.
