Store manager Samantha East, 25, of Mays Landing, sets up a display of toys at the ToyZam store at  the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing. Spencer Gifts, based in Egg Harbor Township, started the ToyZam popup store concept in 2009 with 25 stores mainly on the East Coast. This year there are 100 stores across the nation. The Hamilton Mall store is the model for the rest of the stores in the chain, opening early to develop layout and merchandising plans for the holiday toy season.
