VINELAND — Mayor Anthony Fanucci will sign a new city ordinance Tuesday that provides economic assistance to Vineland military personnel during deployment outside of the United States.

The bill will reduce water and utility bills for active duty military members 5 percent each during their deployment period.The council approved the ordinance unanimously April 11.
