Press editorials are the opinion of the newspaper’s Editorial Board, which consists of the publisher, executive editor, managing editor, editorial page editor and various other contributing editors. We welcome opposing viewpoints. 

Letters must include the writer’s full address and phone number. All letters are subject to editing. The maximum length is 250 words. (Writers are limited to one letter every 30 days.) 

The Press also welcomes guest columns up to 750 words on local, regional or state issues from those with expertise or standing.
