THURSDAY► Hazy sunshine, hot, and humid with highs in the upper 80s to near 90 along the shore, low to mid 90s on the mainland. Just the slight chance of a thunderstorm but most of the day remains dry. A heat advisory is in effect for the mainland where heat indices climb over 100 degrees. Southwest winds around 10-15mph.

THURSDAY NIGHT► Partly cloudy, warm, and muggy with just the slight chance of a thunderstorm, with higher chances staying up over North Jersey. Lows in the mid 70s with a southwest wind around 5-15mph.

FRIDAY► Mostly sunny, hot, and humid with highs around 90 at the shore, 96 on the mainland. West then southwest winds around 10-15mph.

SATURDAY► Clouds mixed with some hazy sun.  Still hot and humid with highs in the low 90s on the mainland, mid 80s along the shore. Scattered thunderstorms are possible later in the day and especially overnight.

SUNDAY► Clouds, some hazy sun, with some scattered showers and thunderstorms expected, although it won't be a washout. Highs around 90 on the mainland, mid 80s along the shore.

MONDAY► Partly sunny with a few scattered thunderstorms possible. Still humid with highs in the mid to upper 80s.

TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY► Partly sunny, drier, and less humid as some relief finally arrives. Highs in the upper 70s along the shore, 80-85 on the mainland.
