Exercise: Baseball bat strikes on monster tire

Muscles targeted: Core, back and shoulders

Equipment: Monster tire and baseball bat

Duration/sets: 2-minute rounds with 30-second break/3 sets

Stand the monster tire upright and swing the bat repeatedly from a batter's stance, keeping the core tight. Do one round swinging right-handed, then switch to the left-hand for the second round.
