Exercise: Deep Breathing
Muscles Targeted: Abdominals, Pelvic Floor, Diaphragm, and Intercostals
Duration/reps: 4-5 repetitions, 2-3 times a day
Procedure: Sit in chair with hands over stomach. Take a deep breath, taking in as much air as possible trying to expand chest and abdomen. Relax and breathe. out. Repeat.
