Exercise: Standing dumbbell front raise to a "T"

Muscles targeted: Anterior deltoid, medial deltoid, core

Equipment: Dumbbells (women: 5 pounds; men: 10 pounds)

Sets/reps: 3 sets/12 reps

Hold two dumbbells, with knees slightly bent and feet hip width apart. With palms facing down, raise the dumbbells to a front raise (parallel to the floor) and then open your arms out to the side in the shape of a "T." Return arms to front raise position and lower down.
