Exercise: Foam-roller hanstring

Muscles targeted: Hamstrings

Equipment: Foam roller

Reps/sets: 15 to 20 reps/2 sets

Begin in supine position with hamstring on the foam roller with both hands supporting the body.

Roll hamstring across the foam roller up and down and side to side. Repeat on the opposite hamstring.

Benefits include: improved mobility in the tissue, muscle quality, flexibility and prevent injury before a workout.
