Reps/sets: 1 to 6 reps/2 sets

Lay on your stomach with your feet spread and arms extended overhead, also spread.

Place palms and toes on the floor, raise your knees and elbows, squeeze your core and raise your body off the floor as one unit like a board. Hold for as long as you can and then return to the ground and repeat.
