Exercise: Tricep push-up
Reps/sets: 10 reps/3 sets
Start in a push-up position with your hands under your shoulders.
Slowly lower your body towards the ground while keeping your elbows tucked close to the sides of your body and your back straight. Once at the bottom, push through your palms and return to the starting position. Be sure to keep your back straight throughout the entire motion.
