The 2018/2019 concert season for the Bay Atlantic Symphony is here. This year the kickoff event is a two-headed monster (coming in just in time for Halloween) covering two venues in two days. The performances will feature Israeli pianist Tomer Gewirtzman and include Rachmaninoff’s “Piano Concerto No. 2” as well as Debussy’s “Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun” and De Falla’s Spanish-inflected “Three-Cornered Hat: Suites 1 & 2.” Performances take place 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Landis Theater and 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, at the Stockton Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at BayAtlanticSymphony.org.
