Ladies, grab your girlfriends, sisters, mother and maybe even your mother-in-law and head to Sea Isle City for its annual Girls’ Weekend, Friday through Sunday, Nov. 17 to 19. Women of all ages can get a taste for all that the city has to offer with shopping discounts and activities to keep you moving all weekend long. 1. Shopping discounts and sales

The event includes 17 participating stores, with discounts, sales and giveaways. Peruse clothing, jewelry, accessories, spa items and more. All the weekend’s participating shops and restaurants will be easy to spot, just look for a colorful Girls' Weekend flag hanging outside.

2. Restaurants and entertainment

Many eateries will offer food and drink specials, in case you get hungry from all that shopping. Visit Rick’s Breakfast House (6114 Landis Ave.) for breakfast and lunch specials all weekend long. Or stop by Mike’s Seafood (4222 Park Road) with your Girls’ Weekend flyer for a deal on crab balls. Lobster Loft (318 42nd Place) will have dinner and drink specials, along with live music and dancing Friday and Saturday with the Insiders Band..

3. Yoga classes

Rejuvenate yourself before the holiday rush begins with yoga and fitness classes, taking place over the course of the weekend. Stop by the Sea Isle City Community Lodge (300 JFK Blvd.) at 7:30 a.m. Friday for a Yoga Flow class, offered by NJ Beach Yoga. The session is paired with a fun party playlist to get you ready to shop. Forza Fitness (3514 Landis Ave.) will have aerial yoga 10 a.m. Friday and 9:30 a.m. Sunday, and a BOGA class 8:30 a.m. Saturday for those who want a more intense yoga experience. 4. Wine tastings

From 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, visit Diamonds Liquor Store for wine tastings. Located on Landis Avenue, the store will have free samples of wine selections. Located at 4009 Landis Ave., Sea Isle City.

5. Jitney service

Trying to plan your best shopping route without having to drive to each location? The city will have jitneys available from 3 p.m. to midnight Saturday traveling from 29th to 94th streets along Landis Avenue. Fees range from $2 to $4. Just wave to the driver to hitch a ride to your next shopping destination.
