TruBlu Carpet Care is a residential and commercial carpet-cleaning company, offering full carpet services.

We do carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, natural stone cleaning and restoration. We don’t offer any maid cleaning services, but we have other companies we refer clients to.

We use all natural products. We’re a small, family-owned operation and we use nothing but natural, non-toxic cleaning products.

We’re very accessible and calls are forwarded to my cell if we’re not here. The customer tells us what needs to be cleaned and we drive out to the home and give them an estimate.

In some cases, we may recommend a carpet doesn’t need a full cleaning, perhaps just a spot cleaning. We’re pretty honest and try to save people money.

Once they agree on the work, we use a truck-mounted system that converts water into steam. We put on booties, move any furniture necessary, vacuum the carpet and pre-spray the carpet with a cleaner.

After the cleaner does its job, we steam clean their carpet and perform whatever other services they need, and there are no extra charges for moving furniture or vacuuming.

Our equipment differs a bit from similar services. We use a DriMaster cleaning system, which doesn’t use the traditional wand that sprays and soaks the carpet and then something to suck up the water.

The DriMaster puts down the steam and recaptures it immediately, so the carpet dries much faster. The carpet gets dampened but never soaked.

Typical pricing is about 25 to 30 cents a square foot for carpet cleaning. We also offer tile and grout, and upholstery cleaning, and Scotch Guard protection.

Right now we’re offering a special, cleaning two rooms for $99. That typically costs $155.

For animal owners, we do pet odor and stain treatments. Perhaps a dog has been sprayed by a skunk and brought it into the house. We’re also good at treating the stains and smells of cat urine, which can be very powerful.

Future plans: We  are forming relationships with pet stores, groomers and trainers.

We want to be a resource and reference to the local pet industry.
