Over the past several years, brands have been shifting increasingly towards an in-house agency model, and Innovid is leading the charge by incorporating deep technology integrations and self-service tools into its video advertising and connected TV (CTV) platform. With an emphasis on streamlining processes to build dynamic campaigns faster and at-scale, Innovid provides the automation, analytics and tools to enable customers to take ownership of their technology stack in order to efficiently meet their unique business objectives. Products like OTT COMPOSER allow brands to embrace CTV advertising by creating and publishing their own interactive ads, scaling dynamic creative across video everywhere.

“The growth of in-house agencies has been a significant trend over the past five years, as we detailed in our recent ANA report, ” said Bob Liodice, CEO of ANA. “As marketers are moving more work in house, there is an increasing need for sophistication and innovation to improve capability and to navigate increasingly complex processes.”

“Innovid continues to lead the market as the video platform of choice for brands that want to take their agency functions in-house, and Ken exemplifies this shift with his customer-centric approach to leading his client services team,” said Zvika Netter, CEO and co-founder of Innovid. “Ken’s proven experience in delivering world-class customer service and building collaborative and innovative teams will further increase value for our global client base.”

Markus, who previously served as senior vice president of global operations and client services at Innovid, will be tasked with continuing to grow and scale the company’s global client services organization. In his expanded role, Markus will advise all Innovid clients on a number of initiatives, certifications and competitive advantages related to the booming CTV environment.

“I am honored to lead the client services team and continue our laser-focus on serving our customers,” said Markus. “Brands choose Innovid as their video platform because our advanced ad products drive results and our robust tech integrations streamline workflows, bringing efficiency to their campaigns.”

Innovid also expanded its brand direct and agency sales teams with the promotion of Tom Hartman to Vice President, Global Brand Partnerships, and the new hire of Bruce Budkofsky as Regional Vice President, Agency Sales for the eastern region.
