The Atlantic City Free Public Library is holding an Adult Summer Reading Challenge, and the theme is “A Universe of Stories.” Participants have a shot at winning prizes for reading books, writing reviews, and attending library programs. Registration is required and is open to adult library members (18 and older) and in good standing with the library.

Registration for the Summer Reading Challenge will take place at the Main Library from June 25-July 23 during normal library hours.

For every book read — this also includes audiobooks and ebooks — that fits the challenge requirements, participants may fill out an entry form to win a prize that will be drawn on Aug. 20. To earn extra entry forms, participants may opt to write a review of the book they read. Attending a library program is another great way to enter the drawing. There will be prizes for the summer’s top readers, as well.
