Sometimes referred to as “moving meditation,” Tai Chi (pronounced Tie-Chee) uses slow, deliberate movements to benefit health and balance. This free class is being held on Thursday, May 16, Noon-12:45, in the Community Event Room of Vineland Public Library located at 1058 E. Landis Avenue. It is designed for seniors but open to all.
