Galloway Township Police Department

Police blotter information is supplied by local police departments and other law-enforcement agencies. All people named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.   

Harry B. Hiksdal 3rd, 32, of Galloway Township, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with hindering apprehension.

David A. Collins Jr., 28, of Middle Township, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with assault on a health care worker.

Steven C. Palmer, 27, of Galloway, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with resisting arrest, defiant trespasser and obstructing administration of law. 

Christoph T. Taylor, 33, of Toms River, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with hindering apprehension.

Johannes J. Breckheimer, 22, of Leonia, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Kyle B. Dukes, 28 of Deptford Township, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Jonathan D. Palacios, 25, of Woodbridge, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Isiah X. Tolbert, 20, of Galloway, was arrested by Nov. 1 and charged with possession of certain bullets, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, and possession of CDS.

Steven C. Palmer, 27, of Galloway, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with defiant trespasser.

Glen M. Richards, 47, of Waterford Works, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with resisting arrest, improper behavior and obstructing administration of law.

Deeann H. Fisher, 33, of Barnegat Township, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with contempt of court order.

Quintin M. Jones, 26, of Atlantic City, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephanie S. Alper-Tucci, 36, of Galloway, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with endangering welfare of children, obstructing administration of law and resisting arrest.
