• Current Proof of Residence (lease, deed, mortgage or tax bill)
• Current Immunization Records
• Divorce / Custody / Guardianship papers (if applicable)
• Parent/Guardian ID

For Pre-K - 3 your child must be 3 years old by October 1, 2020
For Pre-K- 4 your child must be 4 years old by October 1, 2020
For Kindergarten your child must be 5 years old by October 1, 2020
NOTE: If your child is currently enrolled in the Somers Point
Pre-K program, you only need to provide an updated immunization record.

For all parents of incoming Pre-K or Kindergarten Students new to the district
Registration Papers will be available this evening

PRE-SCHOOL SPACE IS LIMITED – FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED UPON COMPLETED REGISTRATION
PreK-3 students may be chosen based on need if seats are limited.
