4-Ever Young Senior Social Gathering

If you are 60 years or older, come to St. Philip Hall noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, and enjoy a complimentary lunch. Celebrate America with patriotic songs, entertainment and more. Also, learn what’s new in Medicare 2020. This event is free and nondenominational, but an RSVP is requested by Friday, Feb. 14. Feast of St. Blaise

On Feb. 1 and 2, the church will honor St. Blaise, physician and martyr, patron saint for diseases of the throat. Everyone will receive a throat blessing after all the weekend masses. This will be especially helpful during the cold and flu season.

Super Sock Sunday

The religious education students of St. Thomas have launched a project to collect new, adult socks for donation to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission. Their goal is 100 pairs of socks and their target date is Sunday, Feb. 2. Please consider donating a pair of men’s or women’s socks to this worthy cause. Drop off your donations in the laundry basket in the church vestibule.

Sweetheart Breakfast

The Knights of Columbus is offering a pancake breakfast, including scrambled eggs, sausage, cinnamon buns and hot beverage, 8 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 9. It's $7 for adults and $3 for children. Stop in and treat your sweetheart to breakfast.
