It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals who were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.

George J. Nolan V, 34, of Villas was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with simple assault.

Shane P. Tincher, 36, of Villas was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats and simple assault.

Susan L. Mellott-Dolan, 60, of Manahawkin was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with being a fugitive from justice and contempt of court.

Rosemarie M. Viney-Foster, 48, of Schwenksville, Pa., was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with simple assault.

Carol A. Thomas, 75, of Villas was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with simple assault.

Steven E. Smith, 53, of Villas was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with simple assault.

Jason L. Poole, 39, of North Cape May was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Stephen J. Mayer, 60, of Villas was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with simple assault.

Tara L. Tomes, 31, of Villas was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Diane V. Pimpinella, 66, of Cape May was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with theft and possession of drugs.

Bryan D. Claudio-Reyes, 24, of Villas was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with possession of drugs and contempt of court.

Robert S. Hiles, 47, of Cape May was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Kayla M. Gegan, 28, of Cape May was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest, possession of drugs, possession, and use of drug paraphernalia.
