Middle Township Police announced that they made the following arrests from Monday through Sunday, Sept. 12-16. Those charged are considered innocent. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not complaints signed by private citizens.

Monday, Sept. 12

Frederick L. Roberts III, 20, Ocean City - Possession of drugs, possession of marijuana over 50 grams but under five pounds, distribute marijuana/hash, distribute schedule I or II drugs, distributing drugs within 500 feet of public housing, park, possession of drug paraphernalia
