State Police blotter, Woodbine Station, Dec. 10-Jan. 5

The Woodbine Station of the state police released the following information about recent arrests. Those charged are considered innocent.

Dec. 10 - Kevin Burcaw, 18, Seaville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension; disorderly conduct; and DWI during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was arrested, processed and released.

Dec. 12 - Renee Habermehl, 43, Linwood, was charged with theft after allegedly stealing $100 on two separate occasions from the cash register drawer at the Marmora ShopRite where she was employed at the time. She was processed and released.

Dec. 15 - Jason Scarlett, 41, Commercial Township, was charged with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief after allegedly stealing copper the Eldora Motel in Dennis Township. He was processed and turned over to Port Norris State Police for an outstanding warrant and then lodged in the Cumberland County Jail. 

Dec. 15 - Justin Byrd, 27, Marmora, was charged with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township He was processed and released.

Dec. 16 - Alexandre Rodriguez, 24, Woodbine, was charged with simple assault and domestic violence. Police say pushed his wife to the ground and dragged her across the floor causing visible injuries to her face and arm during an argument. The woman was treated at Cape Regional Medical Center and released. Rodriguez was processed and released.

Dec. 19 - Christian and Lilliam Santiago, 23 and 26 respectively, both of Woodbine, were charged with eluding and possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop. Police said Christian Santiago, who was driving, sped past police after being signaled to stop. Once stopped, police said the passenger, Lillliam Santiago, ran from the vehicle due to a warrant that was active for her. Christian Santiago was taken to the station for processing and released. A short time later, Lillliam Santiago was located in Woodbine and arrested and processed.

Dec. 21 - Tyrine Askins, 26, Millville, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. She was processed and released.

Dec. 21 - Carlos Santiago, 29, Woodbine, was charged with contempt of court for violating a final restraining order that was issued against him by going to a prohibited residence and engaging in a physical altercation with the plaintiff. Police said Santiago appeared intoxicated when he was located. He was arrested, processed and released.

Dec. 23 - Hunter Fox, 20, Woodbine, was charged with criminal mischief after police said he admitted to driving a vehicle across the field and through a vinyl fence at Amanda’s Field in Upper Township, causing damages of about $1,000.  He was arrested, processed and released.

Dec. 25 - James Murray, 31, Woodbine, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drugs during the course of a well-being check in Woodbine. He was arrested, processed and released.

Dec. 26 - Mikal Dublin, 25, Galloway Township, was charged with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was processed and released.

Dec. 30 - Magie Feliciano, 24, Woodbine, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine.   She was processed and released.

Dec. 31 - Amanda Spangler, 23, Collings Lakes, was charged with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township in which she was a passenger. She was arrested, processed and released.

Dec. 31 - Christopher Bacon, 31, Millville, was charged with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was arrested, processed and released.

DWI Arrests:

Dec. 27 - Shannon Brady, 22, Palermo

Dec. 31 - Lee Flukey, 52, Woodbine

Jan. 2 - Domenic Casazza, 37, Wildwood Crest

Jan. 5 - Christopher Boyer, 36, Cape May Court House
