ATLANTIC CITY — A 24-year-old man was injured after being shot in the city Thursday, authorities said.

At 4:45 a.m., police responded to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus, for a report of a man who walked in with a gunshot wound, police said.

The man was shot in the 100 block of North California Avenue, police said, adding his injuries were not life-threatening.

Anyone with information can call the Atlantic City police Violent Crimes Unit at 609-347-5788. Information also can be anonymously texted to tip411 (847411), beginning the text with ACPD.
