Bus crash

Two people were injured in October in a crash in Mullica Township involving a bus carrying students from the Atlantic County Institute of Technology.

MULLICA TOWNSHIP — Two people were injured in a bus crash that affected traffic for more than an hour Monday

A school bus and pickup truck collided about 6:50 a.m. at Columbia and Nesco roads, police said.

Seven children attending the Atlantic County Institute of Technology were on the bus, authorities said. One student and the driver of the pickup were taken to AtlantiCare facilities for minor injuries.

The bus driver, 76-year-old Raymond Guy, of Galloway Township, was issued a summons for careless driving, police said.
