MIDDLE TOWNSHIP — A 20-year-old Cape May Court House man was arrested and charged Wednesday with making terroristic threats, cyber harassment and false public alarms against the Middle Township schools, according a news release by the township police department.

Raymond Bailey III was charged by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and the township’s major crimes unit, police said.

Bailey was a former student of Middle Township High School and the Cape May County Technical High School, police said.

The police received information Wednesday about a threatening post on social media directed at the Middle Township schools, they said.
