Stephanie Howard, of Egg Harbor City

On Christmas morning, most people spend time exchanging gifts. But for Stephanie Howard, 22, and friends, Christmas morning involves blessing those less fortunate and receiving a smile and hug in return.

Howard, of Egg Harbor City, is meeting up with church and community members to give shoeboxes filled with necessities to Atlantic City’s homeless 9 a.m. Christmas Day.

Asked what her motivation is, she said to “live a life that pleases Him.”
