Two brothers were shot Sunday evening in Atlantic City.

Police were called to the 500 block of Adriatic Avenue at 4:41 p.m., Sgt. Monica McMenamin said.

Derrick Ross, 20, was struck in the groin. His 23-year-old brother, Adam Ross, was struck in the arm and chest, McMenamin said.The wounds are not considered life threatening.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male about 5-foot-9, young looking, wearing a gray baseball cap and white sneakers, McMenamin said.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 609-347-5766 or Crime Stoppers at 609-652-1234. Information also may be sent via text message anonymously to tip411 (847411) beginning the text with ACPD.
