A pool of 12 jurors will soon determine the fate of Ferdinand “Freddy” Augello as attorneys wrap up closing arguments in the April Kauffman murder trial Tuesday.
Augello, 62, of Upper Township is charged with the 2012 murder of April Kauffman, the attempted murder of April’s husband, James Kauffman, and with leading an illegal drug ring out of James Kauffman’s medical office. Court resumes at 9 a.m.
