Very sad heart tonight ... RIP April.

My thoughts and prayers with the Kauffman and Pack family and all those involved.

There wasn’t too much I liked about living in New Jersey, but when I first moved there, not knowing a soul, a lady named April Christine Kauffman became one of my very first friends. She took me in and made me feel like part of her family. R.I.P April. I will never forget ALL the wonderful things you’ve done for me.

We agreed on a lot, disagreed on a little. No matter what she always showed class, that’s very rare these days, I will miss following your posts. The world lost a warrior for good today.

In shock at such an unthinkable happening. Why? From my family to yours, may you find peace and meaning out of this. Thank you for your selflessness, April.

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Thank you April for the compassion and love you showed our veterans! It will not be

forgotten. God bless you.

The news has reached us here in Cape Coral. This just cannot be! Not April! For what reason? To rob us of this kind of person is inhumane. RIP Ap, my old friend — you WILL NOT be forgotten. You are our Angel now!

It’s because of April’s tireless efforts that we now offer Wounded Warrior events at the National Corvette Museum. April — you will be sorely missed. We know that you are still providing comfort to those troops that have been lost and are now in heaven. Know that your legacy will continue to live on at the Museum with our Wounded Warrior program!

April Christine Kauffman one of the most selfless, incorruptible, patriotic, and most valuable asset to veterans was murdered. She was my friend & I was just on the show with her last week. I am so devastated & I am in denial. She was just awarded for her selfless dedication for helping veterans at the state awards last week. Anyone who has ever been touched by her kind soul knows GOD has an angel with him in heaven now. I am devastated and saddened. I look forward to the day the killer is sentenced, (and) the key is thrown away.

Just got word about the premature passing of April Christine Kauffman. Unbelievably sad. She’s been an awesome friend and ally to both myself, as well as Stockton College’s Student Veterans Organization. Condolences to her friends and family. This is a huge loss for our community.

Rest in peace, April Christine Kauffman... Such a shocking tragedy. You were a tireless advocate for veterans and countless others, and it was truly an honor to work with you over the last few years. You will be missed.
