SOMERS POINT — A Mays Landing man has been arrested for drug transactions in the bathroom at the Wawa on Route 52, according to a police Facebook post.

Police responded to the Wawa after reports of sus-picious activity Monday.

John Broomhead, 32, is charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. He was also found with documents and ledgers allegedly detailing drug transactions.

Police said they confiscated Broomhead’s 2004 Honda Accord and $11,000 cash as a result of the arrest.
