Snow has fallen in South Jersey well before the turkey has been put on the table for Thanksgiving. In fact, spoiler alert, the seven earliest measurable accumulations have all happened on or before the soonest Thanksgiving can happen, on Nov. 22.

Here are the earliest measurable snows on record, as well as a three bonus times where snow or sleet flew in the air, but didn't stick to the ground.

Data is by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, with pictures of how The Press covered the events when applicable.

Note that data was combined from both Atlantic City International Airport in Pomona and Sen. Frank S. Farley State Marina in Atlantic City. The location is noted in some of the dates.
