STAFFORD TOWNSHIP — Three people face drug charges after a traffic stop, police said.

The police Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a motor vehicle stop Friday at Spirits Unlimited in Manahawkin. The driver and three passengers were charged with possession of heroin and other controlled dangerous substances charges, according to police.

Driver Robert Cook, 42, of Manahawkin, was charged with possession of CDS, distribution of CDS and having CDS in a motor vehicle.

Kimberly Ann Sieber, 42, of Manahawkin, was charged with possession of CDS and possession of a hypodermic needle.

John Silva, 54, of Surf City, was charged with possession of CDS and possession of a hypodermic needle.

The three were released pending an appearance in Superior Court in Ocean County.
