Tuesday marks the 10-year anniversary of the "Miracle on the Hudson," when Capt. Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, pilot of U.S. Airways flight 1549, steered the Airbus A320-214 into the frigid waters of the Hudson River after the plane had collided with a flock of geese, causing the engines to stop shortly after takeoff from New York City's LaGuardia Airport. All 155 aboard survived.
