Snow in Atlantic City

Peachy Lee, of Atlantic City, makes her way through flying snow Friday to visit the Post Office on Atlantic Avenue in Atlantic City. After a mild winter, Friday’s light snow may be followed by a nor’easter early next week that coincides with tides pulled higher by the moon — a flood risk.

A coastal flood alert is in effect for the afternoon. Afterwards, all attention turns toward snow, as it pivots in from the north. Meteorologist Joe Martucci has the full timing and the snow map.
